Ninety acres on the Maroochy River, privately held, with the whole property given over to one wedding at a time. The Rocks Yandina makes a point of exclusive use with no shared spaces, which is rarer on the Sunshine Coast than it sounds. The river is the constant here: ceremonies on the lawns above it, dinner looking out at it, and photographs along it once the formalities are done.
The Grove is the largest space, a relaxed grassy setting framed by trees, festoon lighting and a rustic timber bar, taking up to 300 seated or standing. The Riverside Terrace is the elevated option built for sunset, seating 120 for dinner under the stars. If you would rather be inside, the River View Function Room seats 110 with sweeping river views and AV and sound available. The Green Room is the private styled space where the bridal party prepares and takes pre-ceremony photos.
Catering is provided on site, built around fresh, locally sourced ingredients with dietary requirements accommodated, and curated beverages served from the venue’s own bars form part of the wedding packages. Professional staff, furniture, decor and both ceremony and reception florals are included, which strips a fair amount off the supplier list.
