In The Grove is a private, family-owned garden wedding venue just 10km from the heart of Bundaberg, offering couples a relaxed and highly personalised wedding experience where their ceremony, reception, planning, styling and coordination all come together in one beautiful location.
Set within 1.4 hectares of established private gardens, In The Grove is a family-owned and operated wedding venue offering couples much more than simply a beautiful place to celebrate.
Owned and personally operated by Ian and Sandy Hatton, In The Grove provides a complete wedding experience designed to take much of the stress and organisation out of planning a wedding.
Couples can hold their entire celebration in one location, beginning with a garden ceremony before enjoying drinks and canapés while photographs are taken throughout the property, followed by their reception in the permanent all-weather marquee and adjoining covered patio area.
The established gardens offer a choice of ceremony settings, including the Federation Gazebo, a corten-steel water-feature arbor, the Rose & Hydrangea Garden and intimate garden settings beneath mature trees.
The permanent reception marquee creates a beautiful evening atmosphere with extensive fairy lighting, chandeliers or drip lighting ladder and adjoining outdoor areas for guests to enjoy.
What particularly sets In The Grove apart is the level of service provided to couples. Ian and Sandy assist with the planning and coordination of the wedding, provide in-house styling and an extensive collection of furniture, décor, tableware and linens, coordinate catering and suppliers, and manage the logistics of the wedding day.
Rather than couples having to bring together a venue, furniture hire, styling, catering and numerous other services themselves, all of this is coordinated through In The Grove.
The managed BYO beverage service also allows couples to choose and purchase their own beverages while the In The Grove team takes care of chilling, glassware, bar setup and professional RSA-compliant service.
From the initial planning stages through to the wedding day itself, the aim is simple: to allow couples to relax, enjoy the experience and spend their wedding day celebrating with the people who matter most to them.
