The venue accommodates up to 90 guests for receptions in The Barn and its adjoining lawns, cocktail or seated, with the Fox and Turkey Bar on site for beverage service. Whichever ceremony site couples choose, a wet-weather backup location is included, along with ceremony chairs, a signing table and a wooden easel. Everything beyond that structure is theirs to fill, which is where the blank-canvas description earns its keep.
The model shapes the budget, so it is worth stating plainly: this is dry hire. Every package is venue hire only, with catering, bar staff, beverages, glassware, tableware, linen, entertainment and styling arranged by the couple, guided by a curated list of local suppliers. The Fox and Turkey Bar is operated by an approved external vendor rather than the venue, and an on-the-day coordinator is a paid add-on.
