The Kooralbyn Valley
A resort set around an international golf course, lakes and bushland, with ceremony and reception spaces including The Bush Chapel, The Valley Grove and The Banquet Hall. On-site day spa and in-house coordinator.
About The Kooralbyn Valley
Arranged around an international golf course in the Scenic Rim, The Kooralbyn Valley is a resort of lakes, fairways and bushland with several distinct wedding settings across its grounds. The Bush Chapel is the quietest of them, nestled among towering trees overlooking a tranquil lake, with rustic wooden seating and a simple arbour. Lilies Deck is the more open alternative, indoor and outdoor together, looking over the Kooralbyn countryside, while The Banquet Hall can host the ceremony as well as the reception.
Lilies Deck accommodates up to 200 guests and doubles as the pre-dinner drinks space, its ceremony setting dressed with white chairs, a draped arbour, a red aisle carpet, a linen-dressed signing table and a ceremony sign on an easel. The Banquet Hall takes up to 160 and is deliberately left as a blank slate, elegant and countrified but ready to carry a couple’s own styling. The Valley Grove is the rustic option, a private event space with its own bonfire area for celebrating late into the night.
A dedicated wedding coordinator assists at every step, and golf carts are available to move the wedding party between spaces. Accommodation on site across five room types lets the celebration stretch either side of the day, supported by a day spa, golf, horse riding and a pool for guests with time to fill. This is a working resort rather than a private estate, so the grounds are shared. The resort runs three on-site dining venues but does not publish its wedding catering or beverage arrangements, so those are best confirmed directly at enquiry. The combination of varied ceremony settings, resort accommodation and on-site activities makes The Kooralbyn Valley an outstanding Scenic Rim wedding venue.

It’s not a five star resort but we weren’t paying five star resort prices. Our Room was clean and in a reasonable condition. Facilities were there to use if you wanted but we were there to play golf. Course is worn in many parts, particularly the greens and…
