An exclusive-use stone lodge on a 160 acre truffle estate on the Warren River near Manjimup and Pemberton, with six ceremony locations, on-site accommodation and no curfew.
Stonebarn is a stone lodge set on a 160 acre estate on the Warren River in the Manjimup and Pemberton food and wine region of Western Australia's South West. Designed by Paris-based Australian architect Aviva F Silbert and handcrafted from local stone and timber, it sits among truffle trees, karri forest, rivers and dams. The whole estate is hired to one party at a time, so every space is yours for the length of your stay.
There is no separate venue hire, and couples can use any of six ceremony locations: the Upper and Lower Clearings among giant karri trees, the grapevine-shaded Verandah, the Gazebo above the dam, the Dining Room or the riverbank. The Verandah, Gazebo and Dining Room double as reception areas. Six upstairs suites have four-poster king beds, claw-foot baths and balconies, and two bonus bedrooms downstairs bring the lodge to 16 guests.
Stonebarn is a self-catered, venue-only hire with no staff on site, so couples bring their own caterer, stylist and drinks with no corkage. Caterers have a fully equipped chef's kitchen with a wood-fired oven and BBQ. There is no curfew, and cleaning, including linen, is part of every package. In winter, couples can join a truffle hunt on the property. The estate is about three and a half hours from Perth.
