Rose Social is a private 7.5-acre garden property in Baldivis, about 35 minutes south of Perth, on a hill overlooking Lake Walyungup. It is the home of Agnes and Laszlo, who built the grounds by hand: curated gardens, flower farm rows, 300-year-old Tuart trees and a wedding shed. The venue hosts daytime weddings and elopements with exclusive use, and is pet friendly, LGBTQIA+ friendly and open to custom packages.
Couples choose between four ceremony spots. The Lawn is the most popular, suiting intimate weddings and larger crowds. The Love Heart Labyrinth is a pair of heart-shaped rose gardens overlooking the Baldivis salt lake, and the Moongate is a circular wooden archway framing the gardens and lake views. The Wedding Shed is the all-weather option for up to 100 guests, holding both the ceremony and the reception in one space.
Rose Social is BYO for alcohol and catering, and DIY setups are welcome. A Full Celebration covers the ceremony and reception for up to 100 guests, while the Elopement and Ceremony-Only option is designed for up to 20. There is a bridal dressing room, an on-site Bridal Studio with new and pre-loved gowns, and chemical-free flowers from the farm. The gardens bloom from September to May.
