Secret Garden Estate works on all-inclusive packages that fold the ceremony, the reception, the catering and the floral design into a single arrangement, across five acres of Tamborine Mountain. It suits couples who would rather make a handful of decisions properly than fifty badly. The florals being done in house is the part that surprises people, since that is usually the first thing outsourced.
There are three ceremony settings in the grounds: the Romantic Steps, a spot under the Maples, and one near the Agapanthus. Each is set with up to 30 Americana chairs, your choice of five arbour designs with florals, a signing table, water station, welcome signage, confetti cone table and a PA. Guests then move to the Stable Bar for pre-dinner drinks and canapes while the couple are away having photographs taken, and are called to the Garden Deck just before sunset for dinner. Total capacity is not published, so seated numbers are confirmed on enquiry.
The kitchen is in house: canapes first, then a full buffet, cake served as dessert and a tea and coffee station. The bar works on your terms, with guests buying their own, or a tab, or a custom beverage package, and no minimum bar spend, which is unusual enough to be worth noting. A dedicated coordinator carries the planning and the day. Exclusive use is included, along with fresh florals and centrepieces, reception tables and chairs, custom signage and place cards, a music system and all set-up, wait staff and pack-down.
