Secret Garden Estate spreads across five acres on Tamborine Mountain in the Gold Coast hinterland, and runs on all-inclusive packages that fold the ceremony, the reception, the catering and the floral design into a single arrangement. It suits couples who would rather make a handful of decisions properly than fifty in a hurry. Three ceremony settings sit within the grounds, at the Romantic Steps, under the Maples, or near the Agapanthus, each one framed by established planting.
Ceremony seating is set for up to 30 Americana chairs, and total capacity is not published, so seated numbers are confirmed on enquiry. Each ceremony setting comes with a choice of five arbour designs and floral design, a signing table and chairs, a water station, welcome signage, a confetti cone table and a PA and microphone. Guests then move to the Stable Bar for pre-dinner drinks and canapes while the couple are away having photographs taken, and are called to the Garden Deck just before sunset for the wedding dinner.
The kitchen is in-house, running canapes first, then a full buffet, cake served as dessert and a tea and coffee station. The bar is arranged to suit, with guests buying their own drinks, a bar tab or a custom beverage package, and there is no minimum bar spend. A dedicated coordinator carries both the planning and the day itself. Exclusive use of the venue is included, along with fresh florals and centrepieces, reception tables and chairs, custom signage and place cards, a cake table and knife, a wishing well and gift table, an in-house music system and all set-up, wait staff and pack-down. Accommodation is available on site. The combination of exclusive use, in-house floral design and genuinely all-inclusive packages makes Secret Garden Estate an outstanding hinterland garden wedding venue.
