RACV Royal Pines Resort
A resort with a chapel featuring Italian marble floors and stained-glass windows, three reception spaces and the Gold Coast's only 27-hole golf course.
About RACV Royal Pines Resort
Built around a permanent chapel with Italian marble floors and stained-glass windows, RACV Royal Pines Resort brings a rare thing to the Gold Coast: a dedicated wedding building that needs no dressing to look the part. Around it sits a full resort, complete with the Gold Coast’s only 27-hole golf course, so the celebration can occupy a whole weekend rather than a single afternoon. Couples can marry in the chapel or outdoors at the Garden Steps, a ceremony setting within the resort grounds, with the chapel held in reserve if the weather turns.
The venue accommodates up to 220 guests. The chapel seats 48 for ceremonies and the Garden Steps is set with 40 chairs, while receptions have two homes. The Royal Poinciana Room is the flexible mid-sized room, taking 60 to 120 seated or 250 for cocktails, and the Fairway Pavilion is the largest wedding space here, running 120 to 220 seated or 400 for cocktails with the golf course beyond. Ceremony hire brings three hours of pre-setup access, a registration table, seating, an arbour, red carpet and a complimentary rehearsal.
Catering is in-house across the reception packages, with pre-dinner canapés, two to four course menus and wedding cake, alongside beverage packages running three to five hours. A dedicated wedding coordinator is assigned to the day, and the resort adds the extras it is well placed to provide: complimentary wedding buggies for photographs around the grounds, dressed bridal and gift tables, lectern, microphone and dance floor, guest self-parking, and one complimentary night’s accommodation for the newlyweds. With rooms on site, guests can stay where the celebration is. The combination of a purpose-built chapel, scalable reception spaces and full resort facilities makes RACV Royal Pines Resort an outstanding Gold Coast wedding venue.

A nice place for staying while visiting Gold Coast. Really nice atmosphere overall. But did see some issues when it came to rooms. Firstly, they provide a couple of free water bottles, only once per check in. So for people like us who stayed multiple nights…
