Lawns, sand and water sit alongside indoor rooms and tipi marquees, so the celebration can move between them as the light and the weather change. Ceremonies are held outdoors on the lawns and beaches around the lagoon, with indoor ceremony locations available across the resort as well.
Overall guest capacity is confirmed on enquiry rather than published, so numbers are worth raising early, particularly where The Event Lawn or a tipi setup is involved. The individual spaces are more defined. Lily’s on the Lagoon is the signature reception venue, set over the water, seating up to 140 for a banquet or holding 250 for cocktails. The purpose-built Mudjimba Ballroom takes banquets of up to 210 indoors, which suits larger seated receptions and gives couples a straightforward alternative without leaving the resort grounds.
Catering comes from the resort kitchen and menus can be customised, while a dedicated event planning team works with couples from enquiry through to the day, backed by an in-house audio-visual team. Discounted accommodation rates are offered to the couple and their guests, the resort works with wedding styling partners, and staff can recommend local transport for those travelling from further afield.
