About Fraser Gallop Estate
Fraser Gallop Estate was established in 1999 by Nigel Gallop in the Wilyabrup valley, about 20 kilometres north of the town of Margaret River and six kilometres from the coast. Weddings are held at Gallop House, a Palladian-style house beside a lake, surrounded by manicured gardens and vineyard views. The setting is entirely private, and on the day the estate belongs to the wedding party alone.
Ceremonies and receptions use the lakeside lawns, the English-inspired Parterre gardens and the grand facade of Gallop House, and the estate comfortably holds 150 guests or more. Weddings run from November through to April, when the days are long, the evenings are warm and the vineyard is in full season. The estate hosts only a handful of couples each year, so popular dates book out well ahead.
Fraser Gallop Estate works exclusively with White Events, a Western Australian wedding planner established in 2005, who guide couples from the first conversation to the final toast. Couples bring their own caterer, who must be fully self-sufficient as there is no on-site kitchen for weddings, along with their own florist, photographer and band.
