About East Fremantle Yacht Club
East Fremantle Yacht Club sits at the base of Petra Street, with some of the best views of the Swan River and sunsets over the Indian Ocean as a backdrop. Every function room has full river views and direct balcony access. The club holds up to 300 guests cocktail style or up to 200 seated with a dance floor, and it can also host more intimate weddings in its smaller rooms.
There are three rooms to work with. The River Room seats 90 or holds 100 to 150 for cocktails, the Ward Room seats 30 to 50, and the Observation Deck seats 30, and all three can be combined for the largest weddings. A dedicated Functions Coordinator plans the wedding with the couple and an Events Coordinator runs the day, with furniture, table linen, a private bar and private bathrooms included in room hire.
Menus run from canapés and grazing tables to buffets and alternate drop two or three course dinners, with dietary requirements catered for given notice. Beverage packages cover two to five hours, and tables can be styled as rounds in white linen or one long banquet table. East Fremantle Yacht Club is also one of the few Perth venues where guests or the couple can arrive by boat. Compare it with the other Western Australian wedding venues.

Plated dinner: From $70
Per person for an alternate drop two-course dinner ($89 for three courses, buffet from $79), minimum 40 guests, plus room hire from $450 (Observation Deck) to $1,800 (all rooms, Friday to Saturday); $150 per room extra September to December. 2025 to 2026 brochure, GST inclusive.
