Credaro Family Estate is a family winery on Caves Road near Yallingup, just 10 minutes from Dunsborough. Its Tuscan-style cellar door and surrounding lawns sit on a ridge overlooking the rolling vineyards of Wildwood Valley, which glow golden-green in the setting sun. Couples have exclusive use of the family estate for their wedding, and the team helps plan the day, whether it is a cocktail party or a formal sit-down dinner.
Receptions are held in the estate's permanent marquee, a New Zealand-engineered 18m x 15m structure standing 5.5m at its peak, which comes as a standard inclusion in every wedding at the Yallingup Cellar Door. It looks out across the sweeping views of Wildwood Valley. Around it are manicured lawns and gardens, a Tuscan-style verandah, dramatic limestone steps and endless rows of vines for the ceremony and photographs.
The Credaro family has been making wine in the Margaret River region since Cesare Credaro planted his first Fragola vines in 1922, and four generations later the family still works the land together. Couples who marry at the estate join the Lifetime Club, with ongoing discounts on its wines, and the estate can also host a pre-wedding meet and greet for guests travelling to the south west.
