A family-owned Swan Valley estate with two wedding venues, a lakeside courtyard at Chapel Farm and a stained glass Church Barn among the vines, for up to 250 seated guests.
Chapel Farm was established in 1905 and spent over 90 years as a working farm before the Walker family bought it in 2000. In 2021 the family added Jane Brook Estate and its vineyards, so Chapel Farm Estate now offers two wedding venues on Toodyay Road in Middle Swan, about 30 minutes from the Perth CBD. The team runs upwards of 175 weddings a year, with wines, beers and spirits made on the estate.
At Chapel Farm, ceremonies face a natural lake with views to the Perth Hills, beside the Chapel ruins, and receptions move to the weather-protected Courtyard for 150 seated or 200 cocktail guests, with a built-in jarrah dance floor. At the Estate, the Church Barn seats up to 250 under stained glass from a 200 year old cathedral, with ceremonies in Vignacourt Gardens, on the Jane Brook Deck or across the Chapel Lane sky walk.
Receptions include cutlery, crockery and glassware, white linen napkins, raw metal chairs, marri wood tables, service staff, cake cutting and use of the property for photos, plus complimentary fairy and festoon lighting. Menus run from canape style to long table banquets and alternate drop dinners, with free-flow beverage packages. Guests can stay in the themed Chapel Farm Getaways suites, The Bush Shack or the estate villas. Compare it with the other Western Australian wedding venues.
