McLaren Vale Function Centre
An all-in-one function centre at the entrance to McLaren Vale, 30 minutes from Adelaide, with 4-star accommodation next door, manicured ceremony lawns and capacity for 200-plus.
About McLaren Vale Function Centre
The McLaren Vale Function Centre sits at the entrance to the historic township of McLaren Vale, about 30 minutes from the Adelaide CBD and wrapped by the vineyards of the region. It is a purpose-built venue rather than a converted one, with modern, state-of-the-art facilities and manicured lawns, and it markets itself as an all-in-one solution.
Ceremonies are held on the manicured lawns, with the function centre itself hosting the reception in either formal or cocktail configuration. A marquee-style event on the lawns is also offered, and an alfresco terrace and boardroom round out the spaces. The venue has the capacity to host 200-plus guests. Surrounding wineries provide the backdrop for photographs and for pre- and post-wedding gatherings.
What distinguishes the venue is the adjoining 4-star accommodation, so the couple and their guests stay on site rather than driving back to the city. Catering is described as diverse five-star options prepared by an on-site executive chef, and a dedicated event manager helps plan the wedding from start to finish. Fully integrated AV, break-out rooms and event management services are available for the wider event. McLaren Vale Function Centre appears in our guide to wedding venues in South Australia, where you can compare it against other McLaren Vale properties on guest numbers, style and price band before you enquire.
