Lake Breeze Wines sits on a property at Langhorne Creek lined with huge river red gums, which makes it a wonderfully secluded venue. It is an easy one-hour drive from Adelaide, in a wine region that sees fewer wedding crowds than the Barossa or the Hills.
The opening of The Barrel Room turned Lake Breeze into a sought-after location for weddings and events, and it is the estate's main function space. For more intimate celebrations the contemporary cellar door restaurant is used instead, with spectacular views from the upstairs dining room, the balcony and The Terrace alongside the vineyard. The cellar door is open for wine tastings and lunch every day.
Because the property sits outside Adelaide, the estate points couples to bed and breakfast accommodation close by at The Creek Cottage and Alice's Bed and Breakfast, so guests can stay in the district. Wedding enquiries go directly to Ashleigh or Georgia, and Lake Breeze maintains a separate events website with the full detail and photographs of The Barrel Room. Went to Lake Breeze Wines on Sunday for our 3rd Wedding Anniversary, couldn't be happier, was a lovely set up, staff were friendly and helpful, the Wine was great, the food was amazing! Would highly recommend and will be back.
