Howard Vineyard is an Adelaide Hills winery with over a decade of experience hosting weddings, and an ABIA award-winning venue. The character is contemporary rustic: rolling hills, vineyard views, all-season gardens and a relaxed but sophisticated feel, reached along a tree-lined drive.
Ceremonies are held under the majestic oak tree that stands in the middle of the gardens overlooking the vineyard, framed by the vines and giving a natural canopy for the vows. Afterwards guests spread into the lush gardens for pre-dinner canapés paired with the estate-grown wines. As the sun sets, everyone moves inside the heritage stone barn for the formalities, dinner and dancing. Between the dark and moody cellar door and the light, bright barn with its warm stone walls, the property gives couples two very different rooms to work with.
Menus run to choice mains, alternate drop, shared platters and cocktail options, and the venue sells bespoke and tailored food and beverage packages rather than a fixed list.
