Diana has been photographing since 2005 and founded DianaM Photography in 2013, working from Lonsdale in Adelaide’s south.
Her style is photojournalistic: modern, light and natural, with no interest in what she calls posy posy. The only parts of the day she directs are the bridal party, the couple portraits and the creative hour. For the rest she stays out of the way and catches things as they happen.
She takes on a maximum of 12 weddings a year, which is worth knowing early. It is a deliberate cap rather than a marketing line, and it means dates go well ahead; at the time of writing she was booking 2025 and 2026 and registering save-the-date enquiries for 2027.
Her weddings page states plainly that love is love and that all couples are welcome, and she stays in touch with couples after the day rather than treating delivery as the end of the relationship.
