About Artisans of Barossa

Artisans of Barossa sits among the vineyards in the heart of the Barossa Valley. The architecture is contemporary, with light-filled dining spaces and sweeping vineyard views, and indoor and outdoor areas that let an event flow naturally between them. It reads as refined but welcoming rather than formal.

What makes the venue unusual is the wine. Artisans pours wines from seven independent Barossa winemakers rather than a single estate label, so guests can explore the region across a single celebration. The kitchen is built around that: seasonal menus designed to complement those wines, prepared at Essen, the venue's One Hat restaurant, under chef Pyounghwa Kim.

The venue is set up for gatherings centred on food and wine, with private function spaces, shared dining and canapé packages among the formats offered. Wedding packages are published on the venue's own site and quoted on enquiry. Confirm current capacities and package detail directly with the venue. Artisans of Barossa appears in our guide to wedding venues in South Australia, where you can compare it against other Barossa Valley properties on guest numbers, style and price band before you enquire.
