2027 pricing, including GST. The venue package covers the open-air chapel or a ceremony space among the trees, 5 hours exclusive use of the reception hall (seating up to 150, or 180 cocktail style), the Garden Room with lawn games and a 1-hour Prosecco service after the ceremony, and a sparkler send-off. Catering runs from $103pp (cocktail) to $125pp (canapés and 3-course plated); drinks packages are $85, $95 or $105pp. Minimum 80 adult guests from September to April and 70 from May to August. Sundays carry a 15% surcharge. Kids' meals ($25 to $30pp), vendor meals ($45pp) and accommodation are priced separately.
