About The Baths Sorrento
The Baths is a beachfront restaurant set right on Sorrento's front beach, one of the most naturally scenic beach wedding venues in Victoria. Perched on the sand of the Mornington Peninsula, the restored pavilion looks straight out across the sheltered waters of Port Phillip Bay, pairing coastal calm with an easy, unhurried sense of celebration for couples marrying by the water.
Inside, sliding glass windows and open fireplaces frame the bay, while two deck areas open directly onto the beach. The decks flow out for pre- and post-ceremony drinks, an alfresco private dining space, or a way to spread the celebration outdoors, so the room and the shoreline blur together as guests move between water's edge and warm interior.
The venue hosts weddings and functions year-round with in-house food and drinks, giving couples a single relaxed coastal setting for ceremony, reception and everything in between. Because it faces the sheltered front beach rather than open surf, The Baths offers the rare combination of a genuine beach wedding with the comfort and shelter of a permanent, fully serviced restaurant pavilion.
