About Immerse in the Yarra Valley
Immerse sits on a working vineyard at Dixons Creek, deep in the Yarra Valley, where undulating hills and rows of vines wrap the estate in 360-degree valley views. Couples can marry in the estate chapel — an airy space with elegant wood accents and a floor-to-ceiling window behind the altar — or out among the vines for a ceremony framed by the surrounding paddocks. It is the kind of setting that photographs beautifully across a full day, from morning preparation to golden-hour portraits.
Receptions move indoors to a generous main space finished in a rustic mix of timber, stone and black iron, with the barrel room available as a lounge alongside. The estate cellar door and in-house restaurant anchor the food and wine offering, so the celebration stays grounded in the vineyard it sits on. A newly built wedding barn is also on the way as the estate expands its event spaces.
What sets Immerse apart is its on-site accommodation: 20 guest rooms spread across four separate blocks — The Guest House, The Lodge, The Lake House and The Wing — so the wedding party and guests can stay the night rather than drive back to the city. Packages are built to host anywhere from around 55 up to 220 guests, making it suited to both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations that spill across the estate.
