Set on six acres at the gateway to the Yarra Valley, Chateau Wyuna pairs mature gardens and heritage buildings with the kind of rustic, natural setting that suits couples who want their photos taken among trees rather than in front of a marquee. The estate holds only one wedding per day, so the grounds, the coordination team and the whole property are yours from ceremony through to the final dance.

Ceremonies can be held in four distinct spots — two indoors and two outside — giving you options whatever the season. There is a heritage-listed chapel that is around 120 years old for those who want a traditional indoor setting, an outdoor Garden Terrace, and an intimate waterfall corner for smaller gatherings. The original 1920s Log Cabin and other heritage structures dotted through the gardens add character throughout the day.

Receptions are handled through all-inclusive packages that bundle the ceremony, a five-hour reception, three courses and beverages, along with styling touches such as menus, place cards, centrepieces and cake cutting. A dedicated coordination team looks after the planning, and the two main reception rooms scale to fit both larger celebrations and more intimate weddings.
