About Woodfire Desire
Woodfire Desire is a mobile woodfired pizza caterer run by Kel and Bron, serving weddings, parties and corporate functions across north east Victoria and surrounds, including Beechworth, Bright, Myrtleford, Mt Beauty and Albury Wodonga. The pizzas are cooked in a mobile woodfire pizza trailer that is fully self sufficient, so it can set up at almost any location with car access and enough flat ground for its marquee.
The set up needs only a three by five metre patch of flat ground, plus power for lighting at evening events. The team brings its own water, removes all rubbish at the end of service and serves the pizzas on wooden boards that can sit on a central table or be spread across smaller tables around the function area. Food service staff can also be provided for a more hands on service.
The standard menu includes garlic, margarita, Hawaiian, supreme, vegetarian, pepperoni, meat lovers and BBQ chicken pizzas, and Woodfire Desire is happy to work with couples on a selection of toppings to suit them and their guests. Vegan options and gluten free bases are available on request, as are dessert pizzas such as Nutella and strawberry or apple crumble.
