Wise Wine is a winery, restaurant and distillery at Eagle Bay, near Dunsborough, at the northern end of the Margaret River region. It is the only winery in the region that combines rolling vineyards and bushland with views over the turquoise waters of Geographe Bay, and it sits beside the natural bushland of Meelup Regional Park. The Wise team has been organising weddings and special events since 1994.
Ceremonies start at 4:30pm on the wedding deck overlooking the vineyard and ocean or on the large lawn, followed by drinks and canapés from 5pm in the outdoor courtyard with its 180 degree vineyard, bush and ocean views. Receptions run from 5:30pm to 11:30pm in the restaurant, which has floor to ceiling windows, a rustic fireplace and a balcony over the lawn and gardens, for up to 130 seated or 160 cocktail guests.
A wedding booking includes exclusive use of the wedding deck, outdoor courtyard and restaurant, along with Wise furniture, white linen and tableware. Menus run from shared feasts and individually served mains to roaming canapés, and drinks packages draw on the Leaf Series wines, Wise sparkling and local craft beer on tap. Monday to Thursday; $5,000 Fridays and $6,000 Saturdays and Sundays, higher in school holidays and on public holiday weekends. Dining from $110 per person and drinks packages from $80 per person (6 hours).
