Verity Edgecombe Photography is the work of Verity Edgecombe, a wedding and family photographer based in the Adelaide Hills. With over a decade of experience photographing weddings in Australia and overseas, she brings a calm, confident presence to each celebration. Her approach avoids stiff, overly posed photos and focuses on the in-between moments: the glances, the laughter and the small gestures that tell the real story of the day.
Verity visits every venue before the wedding to scout the best spots for family, bridal party and couple portraits, even at venues she has photographed before. She works mostly in Adelaide, the Adelaide Hills, the Barossa Valley and the Fleurieu Peninsula, and often uses a longer lens so she can step back and stay out of the way of guests. A second photographer, most often her son, covers a second angle on packages from four hours up.
Couples receive all their edited photos in full resolution through an online gallery, delivered within 30 days and available for two years. Packages run from a two-hour elopement option to a full eight-hour day, and engagement sessions, handcrafted 12x9 inch albums and ceremony videography can be added. If rain soaks the planned portrait time, she offers a free 60-minute couple session after the wedding.
