Styled picnics, grazing platters and proposal set-ups across Byron Bay and the Tweed Coast.
The Picnic Portal is run by Heidi Freier from Kingscliff on the Tweed Coast, who has been setting up professional picnics since August 2017. She creates styled alfresco picnics, table platters and grazing boxes across Kingscliff, Cabarita Beach, the Tweed Coast, Brunswick River and Byron Bay.
Couples book her for proposals, hens parties and small weddings, as well as baby showers, birthdays and corporate events. Picnics come with rugs, pillows, blankets, a picnic basket and games, set up and packed down for you, with extra styling and flowers on request, and vegetarian and vegan menus are available.
Heidi can suggest lesser-known picnic spots around Byron Bay and the Tweed Coast, and if the weather turns she arranges an alternative, usually at your accommodation. For the wedding itself, browse our NSW wedding venues.
