Run Wild Photography is the husband and wife team of Drew and Maddy, who have been photographing weddings since opening their studio in 2011. They specialise in capturing all the heartfelt and hilarious you-ness of a wedding day in the most low-stress way possible. Their style is romantic, documentary, natural and intimate, telling the story as it unfolds rather than manufacturing it, with calm energy and confident direction.
Drew and Maddy start by getting to know what matters most to each couple, then help shape a timeline that gives room to be present. They guide the couple portraits so they feel natural and fun, then document the rest as it really happens. Couples receive a next day preview gallery, followed by the full high resolution gallery in a private online gallery, delivered no later than five weeks after the wedding.
The pair photograph weddings across South Australia, Victoria and NSW. Their galleries include celebrations at Yundi Farm and Coriole Vineyards in McLaren Vale, Cobbs Hill Estate in Oakbank, Longview Winery in Macclesfield, Glen Ewin Estate, Koonowla Wines in Auburn and The River Block in Renmark. They shoot with professional Canon bodies and prime lenses and always bring backups.
