About Rosehill Gardens Racecourse
Rosehill Gardens is the Australian Turf Club's Western Sydney racecourse, and one of the largest wedding venues in Parramatta. The wedding spaces sit across the JR Fleming Stand and the two-storey Grand Pavilion, so the same venue can hold an intimate hundred-guest dinner or a reception running into the thousands.
The Grand Pavilion's Level 2 is a pillar-free floor with floor-to-ceiling windows, city skyline and racecourse views, and sound-proof operable walls that divide it into smaller rooms. Below it, The Slipper Room opens through French glass walls onto terraces and lawns used for ceremonies and welcome drinks, and The Directors' Room offers a 550 sqm floor with its own balcony over the track.
Ceremonies are held on site - beneath an ancient fig tree, in the historic Parade Ring, or under a marquee in an outdoor location of your choosing. Three wedding packages are published, starting at $140 per person for either a cocktail or a three-course plated reception and rising to $180 per person for the premium package, each based on a minimum of 100 guests and each including venue hire and an unlimited beverage package.

- Styling — banquet tables and chairs, linen, cutlery, crockery, a parquetry dance floor, plus a complimentary stage and elevated bridal table
- Bridal room — complimentary private bridal room and a separate entertainers room
- Parking — over 3,000 on-site car spaces
- Photography — no additional venue fee, with a buggy and driver to move the bridal party between locations
