Pro Regal Pavilion is a family-owned function centre at Wentworthville, close enough to be a practical option among wedding venues in Parramatta while having something most of them don't - genuine outdoor space alongside the indoor halls.
The Royal Splendour Hall is the main room, accommodating 200 seated guests, 350 for a cocktail reception, or 300 in a conference layout, with a built-in stage and professional audio, lighting and projection. The Luxury Manor Hall sits on the ground floor with a fully stocked cocktail bar and full disability access. Outside, Regal Outdoors holds 50 to 60 guests and has its own stage and bar area, while Sunset Court is a garden setting for 30 to 40, marketed for small, romantic ceremonies.
Ceremonies and receptions are both held on site, and catering is flexible - either in-house through Catering by Regal or through an external caterer. The menu range is strongly multicultural, with dedicated Nepali, Indian, Chinese, Arabian, Middle Eastern and vegetarian options, live food stations, and Dhol and DJ upgrades. Seasonal wedding packages are published from $70 per person including GST, with a minimum of 50 guests.
