Pinelli Estate is a family winery and restaurant in Caversham in the Swan Valley, around 25 minutes from the Perth CBD. It hosts the wedding ceremony and reception together as a package, or the reception on its own. Ceremonies take place on the lawns of the estate beside the vineyard or on the alfresco area under a pergola of aged grape vines, with views across seven acres of vines.
Receptions are held in the Pinelli Estate Winery Restaurant, a modern rammed earth building that seats up to 70 guests inside. Couples can choose an informal evening of wine and canapés on the verandah as the sun sets over the vineyard, or a more formal sit-down dinner in the restaurant. The chef sits down with each couple to design a modern Italian wedding menu, served with Pinelli Estate wines.
The vineyard offers plenty of choice for wedding photos, particularly at sunset, while guests enjoy a glass of wine on the verandah. Customised bottles with a standard label or your own design featuring your names and wedding date are available as favours. The winery was founded by Domenic and Iolanda Pinelli, who came to the Swan Valley from Molise in Italy in the 1950s, and is now run by the second generation.
