Peterson House is the Hunter Valley's sparkling-wine winery and one of the region's most established Hunter Valley wedding venues. Manicured gardens lead to a floral arbour ceremony space with sweeping vineyard views, and a path through the rose garden makes for a memorable bridal entrance.
The on-site restaurant handles full-service catering, with sparkling wine pairings from the Peterson House cellar. Receptions take place in a beautifully styled function room overlooking the gardens, with floor-to-ceiling windows and warm pendant lighting.
Accommodation isn't on-site but Pokolbin has dozens of guesthouses, resorts and B&Bs within a short shuttle ride. The venue's coordinators help arrange transport packages.
