Peppers Manor House is a heritage Southern Highlands wedding venue at Sutton Forest. The classical sandstone manor sits among formal gardens and mature trees, with multiple ceremony locations across the property — the front lawn, the rose garden, or under the heritage oaks.
Receptions take place in the Manor's grand ballroom or the adjacent function rooms. The ballroom's heritage features — high ceilings, period plasterwork and chandeliers — combine with full-service catering and dedicated wedding coordinators.
On-site accommodation in 65 guest rooms plus self-contained cottages means the whole wedding party can stay through a weekend-long celebration. The Manor's restaurant, bar and golf course round out the resort offering.
