Old Broadwater Farm
A historic family estate minutes from Busselton, with Poplar Tree, Arbour and Pavilion ceremonies, a luxury marquee for up to 180 seated and two houses to stay in.
About Old Broadwater Farm
Old Broadwater Farm is a South West wedding venue on a private family estate just minutes from the Busselton CBD. The homestead, thought to date from the early 1800s, was built from local limestone and timbers milled by pioneering families, and the Packard-Hair family has cared for the estate since 1912. Manicured gardens, the old barn, a swing and the homestead give plenty of photo spots without leaving the grounds.
Couples choose from three ceremony locations: the Poplar Tree, the Arbour and the Pavilion. Pre-reception drinks are on the Cottage Veranda, the Deck and Courtyard or in the Pavilion Gardens, with lawn games, lounges and fire pits. The luxury marquee has silk lined ceilings, reverse cycle air conditioning, a built-in sound system and two dance floors, seating up to 180 guests, while the deck seats 90.
Full wedding packages include a wedding coordinator and evening supervisor, furniture set up by the team and exclusive use of the grounds for photos. Supper Road is the in-house caterer, beverages are BYO without corkage and served by venue bar staff, and the Loft and Cottage sleep up to ten on the wedding night. New River Retreat across the road sleeps ten more. Compare it with the other Western Australian wedding venues.
