About Now and Forever Photography

Now and Forever Photography is run by Matt Parashis, a wedding photographer who was born and raised in the Yarra Valley. He has photographed weddings across Melbourne and the Yarra Valley since 2014, with more than 300 couples so far. Matt works on his own and limits himself to around 30 weddings a year, replying to every enquiry personally rather than through an assistant.

His approach favours the unposed moment just after the posed one. Matt aims to be easy to work with and hard to spot on the day, and he meets couples for a coffee beforehand and plans the timeline with them. Collections are built around the events of the day rather than a set number of hours, and every image is hand edited and supplied in colour and black and white, with an online gallery and slideshow film.

For couples who want film as well, Matt partners with Tim from Together In Time, a separate filmmaking business, so the day can be booked through one point of contact. His recent work includes weddings at Montsalvat, Lightning Hill Estate, Chateau Wyuna, Cloudehill Gardens, Trofeo Estate and Warrawong Estate.
