About Nicole Butler Photography
Nicole Butler photographs weddings across Newcastle, the Hunter Valley, Port Stephens and the Central Coast. Her route into photography is an unusual one: she started in 2011 while working as an ICU nurse, and went full time in 2015.
She sums up her style as natural, honest and timeless. In practice that means a mix of spending real time with people and hearing their stories, and then being a fly on the wall for the fleeting moments that turn into the memories. There is very little posing in the work.
She keeps a Hunter Valley and Newcastle wedding blog with complete real weddings rather than highlight selections, which is the most useful way to judge whether a photographer will suit your venue. Compare her with the other wedding photographers in Sydney.
