About Newcastle Beach SLSC
Newcastle Surf Life Saving Club is a beachfront Newcastle wedding venue at iconic Newcastle Beach, with the heritage SLSC pavilion as backdrop. Beach ceremonies are easily arranged, with the council permit coordinated by the club's events team.
Receptions take place in the club's function room with full-height windows overlooking Newcastle Beach. The room seats up to 200 guests with a dance floor and stage for the band.
The relaxed beach-club setting and accessible pricing suit casual coastal weddings — particularly for couples wanting a quintessentially Newcastle wedding without the formality of a hotel.
