It works by mail: couples choose a cleaning option online, receive a box with instructions, send the gown back by tracked courier and get it returned cleaned, steamed and boxed. No appointments are needed, and the service covers the whole of Australia, with signature required delivery in both directions and insurance on the gown while it is away.
Every gown is cleaned by hand without industrial solvents or dry cleaning chemicals, a gentler approach for lace, tulle and delicate beading. Minor repairs such as hooks and eyes, buttons and loose threads are part of the service, and each dress is steamed to remove creases before being wrapped in acid-free tissue. Express turnaround is available on request, and veils, sleeves and overskirts can be cleaned alongside the gown.
Each clean includes an acid-free wedding dress storage box made in Australia from recycled and sustainable material, and boxes are also sold on their own for brides who only need storage.
