The Mineral Springs Hotel is a destination wedding venue in Hepburn Springs, in the Daylesford region of Victoria's spa country and just over an hour from Melbourne's CBD. It hosts everything from intimate elopements to bespoke medium-sized weddings, with leafy outdoor ceremonies set among formal European-inspired gardens. Couples can say their vows along the Tuscan Walk or in the Maze Gardens, then gather on the Front Lawn for pre-dinner drinks.
Indoors there is a choice of rustic, traditional or contemporary reception rooms. A formal dinner can be held in the Argus Dining Room, followed by a traditional bridal waltz, or the light-filled Conservatory can be set for a reception overlooking the gardens. For something more atmospheric, a candlelit celebration can take place in the original 1864 cellar of the heritage-listed Villa Parma. Seasonal menus are tailored to suit both intimate celebrations and larger gatherings.
The hotel has 33 rooms, from Heritage rooms in the original 1930s building to Garden rooms throughout the grounds and self-contained Villas, including the four-bedroom Villa Parma for up to eight guests. The onsite Mineral Spa sits within the property. An experienced wedding coordinator assists every step of the way, and couples are invited to arrange a site inspection of the property and gardens.
