Millbrook is a boutique winery and restaurant on Chestnut Farm in the historic town of Jarrahdale, about a 50 minute drive south-east of the Perth CBD. The estate sits among towering jarrah forests and rolling hills, and the first vines on the farm were planted in 1865. For weddings it offers jarrah forest, vineyard and lake views, with multiple function spaces for a range of event styles and sizes.
Garden ceremonies are held on the manicured grounds, and pre-reception drinks and canapes are served in the colonnade entrance. The restaurant opens onto a large deck with views over the rolling landscape and vineyard, and hosts receptions of up to 140 guests. The barrel hall and cellar door are flexible alternative event spaces, while the lakes and tree-lined walkways make a backdrop for photos.
The modern Australian menu is paired with Millbrook wines and tailored to each couple, and the kitchen cooks from the estate's own garden, orchard and olive grove. An Events Coordinator supports couples through planning and can send the Millbrook Wedding Kit. Weddings in June, July or August receive half-price venue hire and a complimentary upgrade to a six-hour beverage package. Compare it with the other Western Australian wedding venues.
