About Matts Photography
Matts Photography is the wedding and elopement photography business of Matt Streatfeild, a Hunter Valley wedding photographer who calls Newcastle home. Matt has been shooting weddings for over 20 years, starting with a wedding on film while he was still at university. He froths over great light and good times, and still brings the same passion and excitement to every couple's Best Day Ever.
Couples choose from 6, 8 or 10 hours of coverage, or the Full Enchilada with up to 11 hours, a 50 page album, a second shooter and a pre-wedding portrait shoot. Every option includes high resolution digital files in an online gallery plus a slideshow to share. Matt is a big believer in printed wedding albums, and couples in the raves praise their leather bound, thick-paged books.
Matt primarily covers the Hunter Valley, Newcastle and Sydney, and has travelled for destination weddings in Fiji, Bali, Hawaii and the Caribbean. Weddings on the blog include a Hunter Valley vineyard wedding, The Stables of Somersby on the Central Coast, Waldara Farm and the Sydney Opera House. Engagement and portrait sessions are also offered.
