Zoe Sabados is the Sydney celebrant and MC behind Marry Me Zoe, based in the Inner West. She describes her ceremonies as just the good bits: no templates, no recycled speeches and no boring waffle. Every script is built fresh around the couple's story, with laughs, heart and a few moments guests will not see coming. She calls herself a media gal, so storytelling is how she rolls.
Marriage equality is what got Zoe into celebrancy, and she became a celebrant in 2020. On her site she says about half the couples she marries identify as LGBTQ+, and that marrying everyone from introverts to extroverts and city couples to country types is what she loves most. Fur babies in the wedding party are welcome too.
Alongside her full ceremonies she offers legals-only ceremonies, personalised elopements for up to 10 guests and micro ceremonies for up to 35. Glow Up packages add photography and styling, and she also works as a wedding MC, with a celebrant and MC combination on offer.
Zoe brings an events background to the job, helping couples build a run sheet for the whole day that she says has been tested across 500+ weddings. She travels throughout Sydney, the Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Hunter, Southern Highlands and South Coast, and is open to interstate and overseas weddings.
