A Sydney wedding entertainment team led by singer, guitarist and DJ Greg Byrne, offering acoustic music, live bands and DJ combinations from ceremony to last dance.
Lily Road is a wedding entertainment business founded by Greg Byrne, a Sydney vocalist, guitarist and wedding DJ who performs at up to 80 weddings each year. Greg has toured nationally and internationally, shared stages with artists including INXS, Jimmy Barnes and Maroon 5, and fronts the touring rock show Origins of Rock. Lily Road performers have appeared on Australian Idol, The X Factor Australia and The Voice Australia.
Couples can book anything from a solo acoustic performer or duo to a three to nine piece band, a DJ on their own, or a DJ led set with live saxophone, singers, percussion and other musicians. The most popular option pairs acoustic music for the ceremony, canapés and dinner with a seamless switch to DJ for the dance floor. Packages include professional sound and lighting and a wireless microphone for speeches.
Ceremony sets include three songs of the couple's choice plus pre ceremony music, and the first dance can be performed live or played from the original recording. Musicians can learn special songs where the line up suits, and several of the DJs also work as MC. Lily Road plays across Sydney and NSW, including Jaspers in Berry, Bendooley Estate and Sergeants Mess, with a separate Melbourne team.
