Jack Rabbit Vineyard is a winery and restaurant at 85 McAdams Lane on the Bellarine Peninsula, where couples can hold their ceremony, photos and wedding reception all on the one site. There are two reception venues on the property, the Jack Rabbit Restaurant and the House of Jack Rabbit, with ceremony locations and photo opportunities all around the grounds and sweeping views of the bay and the vineyards.
The Jack Rabbit Restaurant is a French provincial, contemporary space with an expansive deck looking over the bay of Geelong, the You Yangs and the Melbourne skyline. It won Best Contemporary Dining and Best Customer Service at the Golden Plate Awards 2024 and serves a seasonal contemporary menu. The House of Jack Rabbit has a cool, industrial chic feel, with a sun-drenched deck for the warmer months and a roaring fireplace in the cooler ones.
The House of Jack Rabbit also hosts luxe micro weddings for couples who want an intimate ceremony with an exceptional view, with optional upgrades from partner vendors on the Bellarine. The wedding team works Tuesday to Saturday, emails out a wedding kit on request and runs obligation-free site inspections of the vineyard. Both venues have wheelchair access, parking and step-free indoor dining. Compare it with the other Victorian wedding venues.
