The hotel's grand ballroom is anchored by a magnificent crystal chandelier and accommodated by a parquet dance floor — an elegant centrepiece for receptions of up to 360 guests.

Three flexible event spaces cater to weddings of every size, from intimate 40-guest dinners through to grand 360-guest celebrations. On-site accommodation in 140 contemporary guest rooms and suites makes this an ideal multi-day wedding destination — the bridal party and out-of-town guests can stay throughout the celebration.

The dedicated bridal suite, rooftop pool with harbour glimpses, and full-service spa give the wedding party a luxurious getting-ready and recovery experience. The hotel's restaurants and bars handle welcome dinners, rehearsal lunches and farewell brunches, making it a true one-venue wedding weekend.

Packages — two published wedding packages — Elegance (from $185 per person): a 30-minute canapé package with three selections, a two-course alternate-serve menu and a five-hour classic beverage package. Luxe (from $210 per person): four canapé selections, a three-course alternate-serve menu, an antipasto or mezze platter per table and the same five-hour beverage package.
Also in both packages — tea and coffee with handmade chocolates, your wedding cake cut and served on platters, and a pre-wedding menu tasting for two in The Dining Room.
Styling and setup — white or black pressed linen tablecloths and napkins with cutlery, crockery and glassware; place card and bonbonnière placement; skirted bridal, cake and gift tables; raised staging and a parquetry dance floor; handheld microphone and/or lectern microphone.
Wedding specialist — a dedicated on-site wedding specialist, plus a pre-reception bridal suite for the bridal party.
Accommodation and parking — one night in a King Bayside Room with breakfast (Elegance) or an Executive Suite with breakfast and Club InterContinental Lounge access (Luxe); one or two complimentary valet parks, and preferred room rates for your guests.
Spaces — the Grand Ballroom seats up to 360 (500 cocktail) and divides into three rooms; The Courtyard and Keltie Cove each hold up to 70; The Dining Room up to 50. All wedding spaces can be booked for exclusive use apart from the rooftop pool.
Flexibility — the hotel states there is no fixed minimum spend or guest requirement, and BYO food or alcohol can be accommodated with fees and conditions.
