Based in North East Victoria, the business regularly services Melbourne, regional Victoria, southern New South Wales and the ACT, and particularly loves country weddings, private farm celebrations and unique outdoor gatherings. Its style is natural, timeless and understated, letting the setting and the people take centre stage.

Reclaimed and recycled timber is at the heart of the collection. Many signature pieces, including trestle tables, benches, bars and ceremony structures, are handcrafted in the Heartwood workshop, alongside a curated range of vintage and one of a kind furniture. Festoon and decorative lighting carry an event from day into night, and styling support runs from simple furniture layouts to complete event styling. Wedding packages range from a ceremony setup for elopements to a full farm wedding weekend.

Heartwood Hire calls Glenmaye Farm, in the foothills of the Strathbogie Ranges, home, so venue, furniture and styling can be combined in one place, and it regularly supplies Kerrie Hall in the Macedon Ranges. Real weddings shown on the site include Jess and Dylan on a private property in Tylden and James and Emily at Lavandula Swiss Italian Farm. Bookings are quoted by email and delivered, set up and collected by the team.
