Heart & Soul Events Co. was established in 2017 by founder and director Diana Bridger, a hospitality management professional with more than 11 years of experience working with the Perth community. Based in Hamersley and servicing Perth metro and regional Western Australia, Diana leads a small team of planners and coordinators the business calls its Hidden Bridesmaids, who look after couples behind the scenes so the bridal party can simply enjoy the day.

Full Planning and Management suits full service or blank canvas venues and covers budgets, a personalised styling concept, supplier bookings, run sheets, floor plans, the rehearsal and the ceremony on the day. Styling and Production, which the team calls the wedding architect, focuses on the look of the day through setup and pack down. The Wedding Day Concierge covers up to eight hours of the wedding morning and can be tailored to cultural traditions such as Chinese tea ceremonies.

Sustainability shapes how the team works, with eco friendly and reusable products, pre loved attire and decor, local eco friendly vendors, fewer single use items such as balloons and faux flowers, and an office that runs on solar. Couples can book a free 30 minute planning session, and the team also styles engagements, hens and bucks nights, milestone birthdays and corporate events.
