Hawkesbury Race Club
A provincial racecourse at Clarendon with ceremony settings, a reception venue and a 4-star motel onsite, set against views of the Blue Mountains.
About Hawkesbury Race Club
Hawkesbury Race Club is a NSW provincial racing club at Clarendon, about an hour's drive from Sydney, surrounded by wide open spaces with the Blue Mountains as a backdrop. Alongside its 25 race meetings a year, the club hosts weddings and vow renewals, with ceremony settings and a reception venue overlooking the racecourse, plus a 4-star motel onsite so guests can stay the night after the celebration.
Function spaces include the air-conditioned Ted McCabe Function Centre, with panoramic views of the track and the Blue Mountains, the private Terrace Bar overlooking the home straight, and the Horizons Lounge on the top floor of the grandstand. A dedicated team works through the details of each wedding with the couple, menus are prepared by the club's own chefs, and the course itself offers plenty of open space for photos.
The onsite motel has 30 rooms, so the wedding party and guests can stay close by instead of travelling home after the reception. Clarendon train station is on the doorstep and there is ample free parking, which makes the venue easy to reach from across Western Sydney and the Hawkesbury. Enquiries go through the wedding form on the club's site or to the events team by phone or email. Compare it with the other NSW wedding venues.

Enquiries temporarily paused
We're still finalising our partnership with Hawkesbury Race Club, so we can't forward leads to them just yet. Sending now would mean your enquiry doesn't actually reach the venue.
While you wait, you can browse other NSW wedding venues that are ready to receive enquiries. You can also reach Hawkesbury Race Club directly via their website here.
