Gourmet International, trading as Gourmet International Catering and Events, is a family-run catering business that has been operating across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast for over four years. The team caters weddings alongside private celebrations and corporate functions, and every event is overseen by a dedicated Head Chef. Menus are built around fresh, locally sourced ingredients and presented with quality serveware, and the business uses eco-conscious biodegradable materials.

For weddings, couples can choose plated dining for a formal reception, grazing tables and a wedding buffet for a relaxed and social atmosphere, or gourmet canapes for a cocktail-style celebration. Published menus include an antipasto grazing table, canapes, a shared feast, seated dining, a dessert bar and signature platters. The team designs custom menus for different wedding styles, and caters for cultural and religious dietary requirements as well as other dietary needs.

Wedding catering covers menu design, food preparation, professional service staff, table settings and a complete cleanup, and the team works within each venue's requirements and restrictions. Gourmet International also provides waiters and bar staff, including bar service with mobile beverage packages, plus event planning and on-site coordination from setup to the final guest departure.
