Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley is a hotel at 61 Hawkesbury Valley Way in Windsor, set in 8 hectares of landscaped gardens and lakeside lawns. Weddings are a big part of what the hotel does, with ceremony spaces, reception rooms, menus, styling and accommodation all on the one property. Couples can choose a set package or build their own, and a dedicated wedding specialist helps plan the day, from dietary requirements to decorations.
There are four ceremony settings across the estate. The Chapel sits among rose gardens, with high ceilings, exposed rafters and air-conditioning, and seats 100 guests with standing room for 10 more. The Woods is a timber deck nestled in the trees with a ceiling of fairy lights, The Grove is a timber deck overlooking the lake, and Lakeside is a manicured lawn by the water with views towards the Blue Mountains.
Receptions run in the Governor Phillip Ballroom with its chandeliers and private entrance, the glass-enclosed Gazebo Glasshouse, the Windsor and Richmond Rooms with their courtyards, or outdoors by the lake. The largest rooms seat up to 140 guests. Packages can include canapés, plated menus, beverage packages, styling and a hotel suite for the couple on the wedding night, plus discounted rooms for guests.
