Chambré Estate is a newly renovated boutique luxury venue set on three hectares, a five-minute drive south of the Margaret River township. Native redgums and Marri trees, surrounding bushland, a dam and walking trails frame the property, and couples can host their entire day here, from the ceremony and reception through to a post-wedding recovery, with wineries and beaches close by.
The estate works as a blank canvas with several spaces to choose from. Vows can be said beneath the 200 year old Marri trees overlooking the bushland and dam, or in the olive grove, where permanent festoon lights hang from the branches. The Birch Garden, bordered by agapanthus and shaded by maple and birch trees, suits drinks or a ceremony, and the Lodge hosts long table dinners by a large sandstone fireplace.
Luxurious accommodation on the estate can host up to 34 guests, so the closest family and friends can stay together before the big day. Past couples have turned this into a three-day celebration, with a welcome dinner in the Lodge or olive grove, the wedding the next day and a recovery afternoon to finish.
